All balance loaded into your 100Worker.com account is non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed and credits have been added to your account, the transaction is considered final.
The loaded balance is treated as website credit, which can be used only on 100Worker.com for purposes including, but not limited to:

· Any other paid features offered on the website.
Unused account balance cannot be:
· Refunded.
· Withdrawn as cash.
· Transferred to another user.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, correct any genuine payment processing errors. This does not change our policy that intentionally loaded account balance is non-refundable.
